We just wrapped up our first ever Ship It conference for healthcare software engineers. 80+ really smart engineers from different parts of the industry, all hands-on workshops, with a few fun group activities (very niche trivia, creating new cursed patient intake forms, etc) I learned a ton from just being in the room. Everything from how people are thinking about evals (basically everyone is making it up as they go) to how people are giving agents a sense of "time".
