🚨 BREAKING: @thinkymachines just shipped Inkling 2 Small. It can train other AI models by itself. A model just did an ML engineer's afternoon of work. Wild to watch! In the launch demo, Inkling 2 Small took Qwen3.5-4B, wrote its own evaluation and ran its own training experiments. After 4.5 hours and $426 of compute, Qwen's forecasting score had more than doubled. The weights are due under Apache 2.0 next week. Anyone with the hardware will be able to run that loop and keep what it builds.
