Starting work on a eval suite builder in @VulcanBench, based on my own experience that started this journey for me. I think more companies could benefit from building eval suites based on real PRs from actual work their team is doing. It is so tricky for eng leaders to get good signal from benchmarks. You would really have to dive into the tasks in each benchmark, compare them to the tasks your team is doing, and then analyze the results on those specific tasks...it's complex. Still early, and this will also be the first not free thing I offer from VulcanBench. No early access or alpha yet,
