🚨 JUST LAUNCHED: @thewebAI open-sourced TwIL-8B, an 8.8B open-weight model within 4 points of GPT-5.5 on LiveCodeBench. It fits on my 64GB M5 Pro Mac mini in full bf16 with the whole 128K context (~36GB on paper) Small models are eating the API’s lunch. Benching it in sometime. Real tok/s soon.
